The CTIA - The Wireless Association sues the San Francisco over cell phone warning low that passed, in city hall, a month ago. The low obligates sellers of cellphone to put a warning about the electromagnetic emission and the SAR levels over every cell phone being sold.
The CTIA and the cellphone companies don't want their user to know that there might be a danger in using a cell phones. They want their customer to continue to buy and consume cellphone and mobile services without thinking twice.
The SAR standard is questionable and does not cover any health effects and issues other than heating effect, but it is a good comparison standard that can show which phone heat more and which heat less, I mean radiates.
