EMR awareness lessons in Israeli elementary schools

Original article in Hebrew (can be translated using Google translator) at:

A special constructed EMR awareness program was launched last week in the elementary school of the city/town of shoham Israel. The program that was written and is passed by an electrical engineer which is also an EMR tester and a PhD student at the university of Haifa, liran raz. The program is constructed out of 4 lessons about EMR sources, ways to limit exposure and about "wise" use of cell phones and other EMR sources. The program is a pilot and might be rolled out also to other schools.

I talked with liran and he said that the students were receptive of the message of the program that is aligned with the ministry of health guide lines.

The bellow text was written by Iris Atzmon (and published here with her approval):

The below program looks great, but the question is how it is possible to put WiFi in schools and at the same time to teach the pupils to be careful of radiation. The problem is also as reading Samuel Epstein taught me (he refers to cancer specifically, this is a different case but same principle)- - exposing pupils and at the same time telling them they need to change their habits, is an attitude of blaming the victims.
